Technology & Equipment We produce 1, 2, 4 and 5 color printing with aqueous coating or varnish. The Braintree Printing press lineup includes: Heidelberg Quickmaster 2 color 13" x 18" press, a four color waterless Ryobi DI 12" x 18" and a Ryobi 755 23” x 29” five color press with inline aqueous coating. The Ryobi press perfects (prints both sides of the sheet at the same time for speed and economy).
Press Characteristics The Ryobi 755 incorporates the latest technology in color management, receiving page ink volume settings directly from electronic files to the press inking units. This technology enables faster more accurate press make-ready, saving time on every job. The press can print on heavy card stock-up to 24 point.
Quality The Braintree Printing presses and other equipment are new - we pride ourselves in the continued investment we make in the latest technology. With a house standard 2540 dpi at 175 line screen for coated stock we print “ad agency quality” work for your high visibility, quality critical pieces. Process color, metallic inks, PMS matches and the new GOE pantone matching system are all available at Braintree Printing.
