The Braintree Printing production facility includes a complete bindery with a professional staff to finish your offset and digital jobs.

Technology & Equipment
We have bindery equipment to perform all bindery functions. Most of our bindery equipment is less than 2 years old. (see bindery equipment under equipment list section)

Folding
Continuous feed folding: right angle folds, gate folds and other folds on sheets up to 30”x50”.

Cutting
At Braintree Printing we do cutting and trimming and round cornering

Scoring
We score and crease on offset and digitally produced pieces to make clean accurate fold and to avoid cracking.

Die Cutting
With our Heidelberg cylinder press Braintree Printing can die cut your printed piece into any shape including door hangers, pocket folders or your custom design to meet any need.

Wafer sealing
We can wafer seal your printed piece with clear or colored wafers for mailing. We can apply scratch off dots.

Laminating
Lamination choices for your printed piece at Braintree Printing include: gloss, matte or erasable laminate on one or both sides from 1.5 to 10 mil. Any size up to 6 ft by 20 ft.

Shrink Wrapping

Book Binding
We offer Coil binding, Plastic Comb binding, cloth tape binding and perfect binding.

Punching & Drilling
Auto 3 hole, 5 hole, 7 hole, coil or plastic comb punching

Numbering
Braintree Printing offers either digital or mechanical numbering.

Round Cornering
Corners from 1/8” to 1 ½" radius

Fulfillment
Kitting and fulfillment of even the most complicated projects are routinely handled at Braintree Printing accurately and quickly. We stock most of the peripheral material needed for fulfillment like 3 ring binders, glue dots, cd holders, Velcro, 2-sided tape and many more.
